So there are a lot of people who would love to live it up on the 20th or more floor of a luxury downtown condo but who has that kind of money right? I would bet you have that kind of money. I recently went on a Tour of some of the most prestigious Luxury residential projects of down town and I found that the average downtown Joe can afford to live it up like a rock star on a small budget. Buildings like Spire and the Four Seasons are just massive and have everything most people will ever need built right in and they bring a sense of Joy to most people looking up from the ground floor and wondering what lucky folks are looking back down, I say you find out for yourself what the feeling is! Lets give some price breakdowns so the no one is confused.
Four Seasons- $800,000 +
OK so this is a little out of most peoples range and the average Joe could probably do without the major upscale that is offered by living in a prestigious hotel complete with restaurants and a spa but still a grand example of Downtown living at its finest.

Spire- $212,000 +
This is a true Average Joes place to crash after a night of clubbin it up in Down Town Denver. Granted $212,000 doesn't buy you much but it is a lot more than a Studio and with the amenity's of the Spire building it is hard to beat. Just check out the things that Spire has to offer.

One Lincoln Park- $180,000 +
WOW what else needs to be said, Under $200,000 gets you a grand 1 bedroom 1 bath and were not talking about basement level either. 24th floor was available this past Friday with $250 a month HOA's and 1 parking space in the secure underground Garage. Mountain views? Oh yeah! It also has the light rail station just outside your building. No need for that car payment any longer and who needs traffic? This Building still offers the experience that the other buildings offer but with a smaller price tag.

100 Park Avenue- $100,000's - $500,000's
If you prefer the uptown area and don't want the city lights maybe this is the place for you. Amazing lobby and entertaining area downstairs and with a price tag most buyers can handle it is a secure building with everything needed to call it a home.

Watermark Denver- $300,000's - $1,000,000.00
Sheik, Cool what else can be said? If you love the Baker area and want to live in luxury this is the place to do it! With the rooftop pool that has views to die for and the amazing design this is one cool pace to call home and with incentives like a free Smart car? how can you go wrong?

The Museum Residences- $300,000 +
Different and Amazing! There is nothing like this in Denver for the Art fanatic! If you have always enjoyed the angles and design of the Art museum then this is where you need to be. Security is at a max and the rooftop Gardens are amazing!
